Our client posed the question of how they can better engage both prospective and existing employees within the Ford family, as their current employee value proposition lacked impact. Collaborating closely with our strategy team, we centered our approach on the concept of "togetherness" and Ford's cherished tagline, "go further." This idea drove our creative process, leading to a new identity, copywriting, and visual communications that emphasized moving forward with Ford as a united team, fostering a strong sense of togetherness.
